11 Fresh Bombs Disarmed in Patashpur, Area Shaken by Explosion Sounds

**Patashpur:** The bomb disposal squad has finally disarmed 11 fresh bombs recovered from the Shankargearia village in East Medinipur. On Wednesday, the bombs were disarmed with extreme caution in the presence of police at an empty playground in the village. As each bomb was disarmed, the entire area shook with a deafening sound.


According to police sources, 11 fresh bombs were recovered from Shankargearia village some days ago. After the recovery, the police began necessary preparations to safely disarm them. Finally, on this day, experts from the bomb disposal squad were brought to the scene.


Keeping safety in mind, an empty playground in the village was chosen for the bomb disarming. Police and bomb squad representatives arrived there and cordoned off the area. Then, for nearly an hour, the disarming work was carried out with extreme caution.


With each bomb being disarmed, a loud explosion was heard. The sound spread panic in the surrounding areas. However, it has been reported that all bombs were successfully disarmed safely due to the police's prompt action.


After the incident, security in the area has been further tightened. The police are investigating where these bombs came from and what purpose they were stored for.
